T2A leadership programs equip girls to raise their voices and stand in their power. We offer a variety of internships, workshops and trainings where girls gain the skills to develop youth curriculum and lead youth program sessions.
Girls lead workshops, explore careers, life purpose. Girls train in Youth Participatory Action Research (YPAR) and conduct research on a community issue of choice.

Paid internship. Girls lead a community Call -to Action project centered around sexual violence against women and girls.

Leaders of Timbuk2 Academy, girls develop concepts, community youth voice, train and earn stipends.
